These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the 920kr platform, accessible at https://920kr.cam (the "Platform"). They constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the registered user ("You" or "Player"), and 920kr (the "Operator", "We", "Us" or "Our").
By creating an account, accessing the Platform or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or licensing jurisdiction, to register an account and use the Platform. By registering, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. The Operator reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts pending age verification.
The Platform is not intended for use by individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. You represent and warrant that you are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. The Operator may apply geo-blocking or other technical measures, but the effectiveness of such measures does not constitute a warranty that use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You may not register an account if you are acting on behalf of a third party, if you are a problem gambler who has voluntarily self-excluded, or if you have been excluded from gambling by any regulatory or legal authority.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform at any given time. Opening, maintaining or operating more than one Account — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, the Operator reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all bets placed through those accounts and confiscate any balances.
You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information at the time of registration and to update this information promptly whenever it changes. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information — including misrepresenting your age, identity or jurisdiction — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. The Operator accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify the Operator immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
The Operator may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal or when activity on your account requires review. You agree to provide all documentation requested, which may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. The Operator may suspend withdrawal rights pending completion of KYC.
The Platform is made available solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may access and use the Platform only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

The Operator reserves the right to monitor all activity on the Platform for the purposes of compliance, fraud prevention and player protection. Suspicious activity may be reported to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
The Operator endeavours to offer payment options that are practical and familiar for Pakistani players. Local payment references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced in the Platform's cashier section. These are references only. The availability, transaction limits and processing timelines of any specific method are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the Platform's cashier section at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change. Where PKR amounts are referenced, they are indicative and based on applicable conversion rates at the time of display.
Withdrawals are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements; (c) the absence of any open investigation or account review; and (d) compliance with minimum withdrawal thresholds as displayed in the cashier. The Operator reserves the right to apply processing times of up to 5 business days for withdrawals, though actual timelines depend in part on the selected payment method.
Account balances may be denominated in a base currency as determined by the Platform. Where PKR display options are available, these are for reference convenience. Any currency conversion costs are borne by the Player. The Operator is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations affecting the PKR equivalent of a Player's balance.
An Account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. The Operator reserves the right to apply an administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable licensing requirements. Players will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied where practicable.
All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers made available on the Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game contribution rates and maximum bet restrictions. These specific conditions are communicated at the time each offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific conditions of a promotion, the specific conditions shall prevail.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of PKR 1,000 with a 30× wagering requirement requires total stakes of PKR 30,000 before withdrawal eligibility is achieved. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; contribution percentages are detailed on the relevant promotion page.
The Operator employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening duplicate accounts to claim the same offer multiple times; wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus terms with minimal risk; collusion between players to meet wagering requirements artificially. Where bonus abuse is identified, the Operator reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, close the relevant account and retain any balance relating to the abuse.
A welcome bonus of up to PKR 25,000 may be referenced in promotional materials. This figure is illustrative. The actual welcome offer available at any given time — including its amount, structure, eligibility criteria and wagering requirements — is governed by the current promotion terms displayed at the time of registration. No welcome bonus is guaranteed.
The Operator reserves the right to accept, limit or refuse any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including without giving a reason. Bets are not confirmed until accepted by the Platform's systems and a confirmation reference is issued.
Odds offered on sports markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments, international football and combat sports such as UFC — are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. The Operator takes no responsibility for errors in odds display resulting from data feed interruptions or technical faults, and reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.
Electronic casino and slot game outcomes are determined by independently certified RNG software. The Operator does not manipulate or influence game results. RTP (Return to Player) percentages displayed are theoretical long-run figures and do not guarantee any specific outcome for an individual session or bet.
Where a Player disputes the outcome of a bet or game, the dispute must be raised with the Operator's support team within 30 days of the relevant event. The Operator's decision, following review of all available records, shall be final subject to any applicable licensing authority dispute resolution process.
In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a live betting session or casino game, the Operator will make reasonable efforts to resolve the situation in accordance with applicable game rules. The Platform maintains server-side records of all game states, which shall be the authoritative reference in the event of any dispute.

It is a condition of these Terms that the Platform is used for personal entertainment only. Gambling must not be used as a means to generate income or to address financial difficulties. The Operator reserves the right to initiate responsible gambling interventions — including imposing cooling-off periods or account restrictions — where activity patterns indicate potential harm.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game titles, interface designs and promotional materials — is the property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce or redistribute any Platform content; use any content for commercial purposes; or frame, mirror or scrape the Platform without express written consent from the Operator.
The Operator endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical faults. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime or events beyond the Operator's reasonable control may affect availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business opportunity or reputational damage.
The Platform may integrate or reference third-party services, game providers or payment processors. The Operator is not responsible for the acts, omissions or terms of any third-party provider. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms and conditions.
You accept all financial risk associated with gambling on the Platform. The Operator accepts no responsibility for gambling losses incurred through your use of the Platform, including losses arising from technical issues, banking delays or currency fluctuations affecting your PKR balance.
The Operator reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity; (b) KYC documentation has not been provided when requested; (c) a self-exclusion or third-party exclusion order is identified; or (d) a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting the Operator's support team. Where a balance remains at the time of closure and all KYC and wagering requirements have been met, the Operator will process a withdrawal of any real-money balance to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Upon termination of your Account — whether initiated by you or by the Operator — all pending bonuses and bonus balances shall be forfeited. Real-money balances shall be returned to the Player subject to the conditions in clause 12.2, unless termination was the result of a material breach by the Player, in which case the Operator may retain the balance subject to applicable licensing authority rules.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the licensing jurisdiction applicable to the Operator's operations. The Operator will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally through its support and complaints process in the first instance.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated in accordance with any dispute resolution mechanism provided for under the Operator's applicable gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your own jurisdiction.
The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Operator will provide reasonable notice by displaying a notification on the Platform or by sending a communication to your registered email address. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
